Oconaluftee Elk and A Sunset - We love watching the elk in the meadow at Oconaluftee Visitor Center. When we arrived we noticed a thick patch of grass where we would see their little heads pop up then disappear. I kept an eye on them till the decided it was dinner time. What a sequence of shots. We ended with a sunset from up on Blue Ridge Parkway.
