Duck Boat Tour in November
We took another Duck Boat Tour of Mobile today. If you are ever in my hometown you should consider the experience. It really is interesting. Today along with some of the local birds which inhabit our coastal city we also saw a paddle wheel boat in the river along with Carnival Ship Fantasy. After crossing the river the tour takes you to Battleship Park and enters the waters of Mobile Bay where you get an up close look at Battleship USS Alabama, Submarine Drum and many aircraft parked on the grounds. On the return trip across Mobile River enjoy the perspective of the river front which is usually only seen by those working a maritime job. We concluded our adventure with food from one of the many eateries along Dauphin St. This guy walks in with his dog and sits at the bar. I just had to photograph them sitting at the bar together. Just another day in Mobile, Alabama.
