Stars in The August Sky
I actually walked to the pier hoping for some shots of The Milky Way. I did not check the moon phase so that didn't work out. Still a nice night with the breezes off the bay and plenty of stars. A caught some lightning out over the gulf in several shots. Worth the time spent feeling the breeze, listening to fish feeding in the shallow waters and simply looking at the stars.
