Graveyard Fields & Oconaluftee Elk

A drive along Blue Ridge Parkway yields so many scenic locations to photograph. Graveyard Fields is a mountain valley which is above 5000 feet and known for its hiking trails. On this day the parking was almost full and Second Falls had many people sitting on the rocks at its base. I didn’t photograph the falls but was able to get in some shots of the cascades above the falls.
